Catering Booking Process

Start by filling out our Catering Request Form. This gives us the details we need to create a personalized quote for your event, whether it’s at the Kelowna Event Centre or offsite.

Optional Tasting
Tastings are available upon request for an additional fee and are ideal for plated or customized menus. Advance booking is required.

Receive a Customized Proposal

We’ll send you a detailed quote based on your minimum guest count, culinary preferences, service style, staffing needs, and location.

Confirm Your Quote

Once you approve your proposal, we’ll move forward with planning and reserving your catering service.

Final Guest Count

Your guaranteed guest count is due 14 days prior to your event.

We understand Kelowna is a last-minute city—please use your best judgment to estimate early.

Payment Terms

Full payment for catering is due 14 days prior to your event.
This allows our team to order ingredients, schedule staff, and ensure we’re fully prepared to serve your guests.
We accept payment via credit card or e-transfer, and all payment instructions will be included with your invoice.

Cancellation Policy

All catering bookings are final and non-refundable. Because we reserve product and staffing in advance, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations.
