Located just off Harvey Avenue, our venue has been a cornerstone for the community since 1986, hosting countless events and organizations. While we're a new name in the Kelowna event scene, our rich history and strong local ties make us the ideal place for your next gathering. With easy access to parking, nearby hotels, restaurants, and bars, The Kelowna Event Centre is not only convenient but also a welcoming and reliable choice for events of all types.

Getting started is easy! Simply fill out our Booking Request Form with the details of your event, including your name or organization, the proposed date(s) and time(s), estimated number of guests, and any setup, A/V, or tech requests. We’ll review your information and begin tailoring a quote that fits your needs.

The Grand Auditorium

A premier event space designed for large gatherings. With 8,000 square feet of versatile space, a built-in stage, and state-of-the-art AV capabilities, the Grand Auditorium is perfect for high-impact events. From concerts and conferences to elegant wedding receptions, this venue offers a professional yet dynamic atmosphere.

Apple Blossom Room

A cozy and private space with added convenience. At 860 square feet, the Apple Blossom Room is the only rental space in The Kelowna Event Centre with its own private washroom, making it an excellent choice for children’s events, green room space for full-building rentals, meetings, and educational workshops. Its intimate setting and flexible layout make it perfect for both professional and social gatherings.

Sunset Suite

A stunning space with a breathtaking view. The Sunset Suite, with its 655 square feet, offers a beautiful view of the mountains, making it a serene setting for small, focused events. Ideal for board meetings, educational workshops, choir practice, and private gatherings, this room’s intimate atmosphere and picturesque surroundings ensure a memorable experience.

FAQS

Insurance Requirements: Licensee must maintain a $2,000,000 liability insurance policy. Provide a Certificate of Insurance, naming Kelowna Event Centre as Additional Insured.

Food & Beverage: We do not allow outside catering for events within the Kelowna Event Centre. Outside bartending service are allowed with a fee.

Merchandising: The Kelowna Event Centre (KEC) collects 10% of gross receipts on all merchandising products sold in the KEC. The licensee must provide their own float and sales staff. The KEC must receive notification at the time of booking of merchandising related to the event/performance. This does not apply to expos or trade shows.
